Calm
UF faculty and staff can sign up for a free subscription to the Calm, a mindfulness app that helps manage stress, anxiety and insomnia. Available to the first 5,000 employees; includes up to five dependents.
Caregiver Support
To assist faculty and staff who fulfill the role of a caregiver, we have compiled resources and recorded a series of webinars that tackle topics such as self-care, must-have legal documents, the Family Medical Leave Act and more.
