Baughman Center
The Baughman Center offers a space in the heart of UF’s campus for private contemplation on weekdays and for privately hosted events like weddings and memorial services.
Calm
UF faculty and staff can sign up for a free subscription to the Calm, a mindfulness app that helps manage stress, anxiety and insomnia. Available to the first 5,000 employees; includes up to five dependents.
College of Medicine Mindfulness and Meditation Resources
Includes wellness presentations, classes guided meditations and more.
GatorCare Meditation & Relaxation
Meditation and relaxation resources, including live and recorded classes.
Guided Meditation Sessions
UF and UF Health experts lead these recorded guided meditation sessions, which are roughly 10 minutes in length and aim to provide a sense of calm and overall well-being.
Guided Meditation: Awakening Kindness and Soothing Grief
Awaken kindness and soothe grief with UF Health integrative therapies practitioner and yoga therapist Tammy Bernard.
Introduction to Mindfulness
UF departments may request a one-hour introductory workshop, with the option of adding four supplementary 45-minute sessions for those interested in establishing a regular practice.
Mindfulness Studio
The Mindfulness Studio is available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning 30 minutes after Library West opens and ending 30 minutes prior to closing.
Reflection and Meditation Room
Room 3325 in the Reitz Union, the reflection/meditation room is available for contemplative practices, meditation, prayer and reflection.
Resilience and Mindfulness at Work
This daylong workshop takes a holistic approach to consider aspects of resilience within the professional context as well as an introduction to mindfulness practice.
Sanctuary of Wisdom
The Sanctuary of Wisdom is located off of the second floor mezzanine of the UF Health Heart & Vascular Hospital (look for stop 6). This sacred space offers patients, visitors, faculty and staff a place for prayer, meditation, solace and reflection.
