Resilience and Mindfulness at Work series kicks off Oct. 18 — register today

A new UF workshop series, Resilience and Mindfulness at Work, takes a holistic approach to the physical, cognitive and emotional aspects of resilience in the workplace while helping participants find greater alignment with their individual purpose and values.

Throughout five sessions, participants will learn about the importance of personal resilience at work and discover resources to develop self-awareness and strengthen resilience through reflection and mindfulness practices.

The series kicks off Oct. 18, and sessions will be held biweekly via Zoom from 10 a.m. to noon. Participants are asked to commit to attending all sessions and to set aside time for self-reflection and light homework between meetings. Registration is limited to 24 participants on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to register early.
