Join the Stronger Together guided book club
UF Training & Organizational Development is facilitating a guided book club reading of The Racial Healing Handbook by Anneliese A. Singh, Ph.D., LPC, for interested faculty and staff. The book club is part of Stronger Together, a racial justice education initiative.
The Racial Healing Handbook aims to take you on a journey of healing from racism. The group will discuss book teachings and engage in critical conversations around racial healing. Participants should read the first chapter before the first session.
The book club will meet via Zoom every Tuesday from June 15 through Aug. 17. The first session will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. and the subsequent sessions will run from noon to 1 p.m. Interested participants may register through myTraining, where they will be automatically enrolled in all the sessions.
