Get your hands dirty! November, December wellness events take us into the garden

December’s Wellness Wednesday will take participants out of the classroom and into the garden by joining Field and Fork’s Anna Prizzia and Dina Liebowitz for a special “Seasons Eatings” on the farm at Field and Fork’s Community Gardens.
