Benefits and Wellness Fair

Registration for the 2026 Benefits and Wellness Fair will open in June.

The 2026 Benefits and Wellness Fair will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 13, at the University of Florida. Each year, over 1,000 UF employees attend and meet with more than 50 state vendors and UF programs. University of Florida departments interested in tabling at the fair should complete the form below for consideration. A representative will reach out with more information as we get closer to the event date.

As part of the fair, you will be provided with a table and a chair. You will need to bring a tablecloth and any informational or promotional material. Print services will not be available on-site, and we cannot guarantee access to a power outlet. If you have questions, email us at worklife@hr.ufl.edu.
