Benefits and Wellness Fair

The 2026 Benefits and Wellness Fair will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 13, at the University of Florida. Each year, over 1,000 UF employees attend and meet with more than 50 state vendors and UF programs. University of Florida departments that offer a wellness resource for UF employees are invited to submit the registration form below for consideration. A representative will reach out to confirm participation.

As part of the fair, you will be provided with a table and a chair. You will need to bring a tablecloth and informational or promotional material. Print services will not be available on-site, and we cannot guarantee access to a power outlet. If you have questions, email us at worklife@hr.ufl.edu.
