Benefits and Wellness Fair

The 2025 Benefits and Wellness Fair will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 14, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Evans Champions Club at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Each year, over 1,000 UF employees attend and meet with more than 50 state vendors and UF programs. UF departments and units interested in tabling at the fair should complete the form below for consideration. A representative will reach out with more information as we get closer to the event date.

As part of the fair, you will be provided with a table and a chair. You will need to bring a tablecloth and any informational or promotional material.
