The UF Health Shands Arts in Medicine team has compiled a variety of virtual mindfulness and relaxation resources to help you slow down, take a deep breath and re-center your emotions. Follow along with a Qigong or Yoga session, join a series that teaches breathing techniques or listen to a guided meditation to help you relax and destress.
